The Blessing of Being Single

I am twenty one and single. I enjoy this!

I love the blessing of being single. I am committed to God, my family and friends, and other then that I have nothing holding me back. Nothing will stand in the way of me following Christ. I am a free spirit, I float where the wind blows me, I soar on eagles wings. I have always been this way. Loving the life I live and what I have, but Im never too comfortable with it to detach from it and leave. I am open at a moments notice to get up and go follow Christ as He calls. This is an amazing blessing that more Christian girls should enjoy while they have it!

We should burry our hearts in the Lord! His love is fulfilling and all we need. Enjoy this time to serve Him undistracted, this time is a blessing.

 Now don’t get me wrong, I do want to get married. There is a constant tug at my heart, my greatest ministry will be to be a wife and mother, I personally place a lot of value in that, even more value then being a missionary. I look forward to that, I smile at the future and laugh at times to come. Until that time comes, I will serve my Lord and I will do my husband(to be) good.

And  I will wait for the day that he will come to me and say “Im here to stay so lets run away.”
